Small Business Workshop

"The Art of Small Business Survival" is a no-cost seminar series to foster stronger businesses, presented in partnership by the City of Pasadena Planning & Development Department, Foothill Workforce Investment Board, and the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce.

Attendees may sharpen their business skills and improve their profits by: learning better ways to meet existing customer needs; meeting new market opportunities; establishing sound business practices; and reaching full market potential.

The next seminar in the series, "Enhancing Customer Satisfaction," is the second session of a two-part workshop scheduled to take place from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. on February 5 (part 2). It is intended to provide participants with the basic knowledge and skills to begin the process of developing and enhancing true customer satisfaction.
