CSCA Holds Fat Tuesday Feast To Benefit Katrina Victims
The California School of Culinary Arts’ “561” restaurant will host a Fat Tuesday feast on February 5, featuring lunch and dinner tasting menus of delicious interpretations of favorite Cajun dishes. Proceeds from the event will benefit Hurricane Katrina victims through the Crescent City Farmers Market in New Orleans .
