No Excuses Fitness is a fully equipped private exercise facility that offers corrective exercise, resistance training with emphasis on weight loss, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, and indoor and outdoor athletic training, one-on-one personal training, and semi-private training. Using a Range of Motion or ROM machine, Quick Gym Pasadena, gives an 8 minute workout (4 minutes upper body, 4 minutes lower body), that owner Todd Hewitt feels delivers a full-body workout, incorporating cardio, strength and flexibility. How? The ROM demands your full range of motion, engaging 12 times the number of muscles you’d use on a treadmill.

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Saturday: 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m closed on Sunday.
